- George Manufacturing, Inc. can service both large runs and short runs in our 60,000 s.f. facility. The quantities we can handle are unlimited.
- Packaging and Warehousing available. Local pick-up and delivery.
- George Manufacturing, Inc. is separated from other powder coating services by our ability to handle longer assemblies and large squared pieces.
- George Manufacturing, Inc. houses both automated/conveyor lines as well as batch ovens.
- George Manufacturing, Inc. can handle larger assemblies including 2 1/2 ft. width by 5 ft height by 20 ft length.
- Our batch ovens can handle both short and large runs, including sizes up to 7 ft by 7 ft by 12 ft.
POWDER COATING APPLICATIONS
- George Manufacturing, Inc. provides high quality preparation of the surface prior to powder coating.
- Metal surfaces include: aluminum, ferrous/stainless, extrusions and castings. Surface preparation includes: surface cleaning, shot blasting and burn off.
