- George Manufacturing, Inc. can handle larger assemblies including 2 1/2 ft. width by 5 ft height by 20 ft length.
- Our batch ovens can handle both short and large runs, including sizes up to 7 ft by 7 ft by 12 ft.
POWDER COATING APPLICATIONS
- George Manufacturing, Inc. provides high quality preparation of the surface prior to powder coating.
- Metal surfaces include: aluminum, ferrous/stainless, extrusions and castings. Surface preparation includes: surface cleaning, shot blasting and burn off.
POWDER COATING FINISHES
- Colors clear to custom match.
- Surfaces: smooth, wrinkled, textured, metallics.
- Quality chemical and corrosion resistant / weather resistant types. Hybrid, TGIC to Super Polyester, Urethanes and Epoxy.
