George Manufacturing, Inc. specializes in powder coating services and custom light
metal fabricating. This includes the capacity to handle larger assemblies, batch,
and a variety of metal finishes including smooth, wrinkled, textured, and metallic.
George Manufacturing, Inc. (GMI) is a Powder Coating and Metal Fabricating Company
established in 1995. The 60,000 square foot facility is located in historic Lebanon,
Ohio between I-71 and I-75. The Mission of GMI is to provide full service to customers
beginning with a review of the products drawings through fabrication, powder coating,
packaging and final delivery.
Services include Powder Coating of small to large components up to 25 ft. in length.
Powder colors available include clear to custom match. GMI also offers quality
chemical and corrosion resistant, weather resistant powder types including: hybrid,
TGIC to super polyester, urethanes and epoxy. Substrates include metal, aluminum,
stainless steel, extrusions and castings.
General metal manufacturing services available include cutting, drilling, shot
blasting and bending. MIG, TIG & resistance welding is available - Fabrication and
assembly of tube, round, angle, flat stocks and extrusions.
