George Manufacturing, Inc. (GMI) is a Powder Coating and Metal Fabricating Company established in 1995. The 90,000 square foot facility is located in historic Lebanon, Ohio between I-71 and I-75. The Mission of GMI is to provide full service to customers beginning with a review of the products drawings through fabrication, powder coating, packaging and final delivery.
Services include Powder Coating of small to large components up to 20 ft. in length. Surface preparation is one area of specialization including: surface cleaning, shot blast and burn off. Powder colors available include clear to custom match. Quality chemical and corrosion resistant, weather resistant powder types including: hybrid, TGIC to super polyester, urethanes and epoxy. Substrates include metal, aluminum, stainless steel, extrusions and castings.
General metal manufacturing services available include cutting, drilling, shot blasting and bending. MIG, TIG & resistance welding is available. Fabrication and assembly of tube, round, angle, flat stocks and extrusions.
